holliday location wanted

We visited the greater Alicante area a few weeks ago in search for a house.

We visited 11 houses in 4 days so we were quite busy.

Unfortunatly the house we'd like to buy was not among the houses visited.

The locations my wife and i liked best are the Catral area and the Hondon area.

We'd like to spend our summer holiday (from the 23th of juli until the 6th of august) in that area.

We like to show our kids the area we are looking at so they'll get the looks and feel of it to.

We are looking for a house/casita with 2 bedrooms and a swimmingpool.

We are 4 (almost) adults and we are looking for a place were we can bring our (small) dogs to.

Does any one know the adress for us?

Your best option would be to check out website likes Vrbo, James Villas and Holidaylettings. You will need to rent a Licensed holiday let, most will already be booked for that time this year. There are lots of social media pages, especially Facebook, advertising lettings direct from the owners but do check they are licensed, otherwise illegal and uninsured lets. The best known sites are airbnb and booking but they do add a lot of extra fees, so if you can get a direct with owner booking you will save a little.

Hi

Near my country side house, there is a house with swimming pool. The owner told me few month ago he wants to sell it. He told me about 130k€, but you can talk directly with him and his wife. There is also almost hundred olive trees. In summer, they live in their country house, and have their appartement in Aspe.

Sorry for my late reply, after holiday (El campello) i was ridiculously buzy at work.

Do you have some more information about it?

Location, number of rooms/bathrooms, total sqm, size pool, etc etc pictures of the house.
