...to find out where they are coming from and stop them. Food lying about is another thing to deal with. Keep all breads, pastas etc., in airtight containers.
I wouldn’t spend time in that house as I hate cockroaches. I’d have to sort the problem our. Could they use a sealant and seal every crevice up.
I think dampness attracts them. Check to see if any water is leaking from downstairs showers or wash hand basins. If water is lying beneath the house, this could attract cockroaches.
When using the sealant, it’s normal to put fairy liquid onto a finger and run it along the seal. I’d put chilli powder into the fairy liquid and mix it well and then use it to flatten the sealant. This might stop them coming in.
Please wish your friends good luck. I sincerely hope they can rid themselves of these unwanted guests and begin to enjoy their lives in Spain.

I just wanted to warn others to NOT use §his telephone Number…….and that’s it……
i personally think that their nest is between the in and outside wall…
We could not breath inside the house for 4 hours and they are still ALIVE…
That says a lot…!!

You have just confirmed above that your prime objective was to warn others and discredit this particular Dutch man, who you contacted on behalf of your neighbor's when they required the name of a company to deal with their cockroach problem. Apparently the company you chose to deal with the problem wasn’t fit for purpose. Therefore if you really want to warn others, what is the name of the company that you unfortunately chose on their behalf.
Secondly, with regard to your comment that you will not respond to what you refer to as other “shit” ?. Personally I can only see people attempting to assist, and possibly provide a solution to the main problem, your neighbor's cockroach infestation.
As a general rule, having lived in Spain for 36 years, it's a good protocol to AVOID non-Spanish businesses.
Ask local, Spanish tradespeople first.
There are way too many non-Spanish cowboys (in ALL trades, including pest control) who arrive here from their home country and claim to be "experts" when they're con artists.
Local, established tradespeople (and yes, some can be Brits, Germans, Dutch or whatever) have a reputation to maintain.
So if you don't know who they are, ALWAYS ask for references or past customers you can call.
One more point: cockroaches are common here and LOCAL experts DO know how to eliminate them.
They're less common in more northern Euro countries, where the pests tend to be rodents.
Just sayin'.
