I have quite severe neurological problems with my legs Can anyone tell me how I get a blue badge for disabled parking

I suggest you start at the town hall. If you follow the links on the following, you will get an overview of the requirements:

You need to be on the padrón.

From reports I've read it can be a drawn out process. One of the advantages is that you get an enhanced tax allowance.

Use your home blue badge if you have one. Otherwise be prepared for a lot of time wasting paperwork. Applications must be filed with your local "Ayuntamiento" and necessarily accompanied by a "Resolución Grado de Discapacitado" issued by the competent Social Services.

I've also heard that it's a difficult long drawn out process with far stricter criteria than for a UK badge, regional variations will no doubt play a significant role.

If you do go for one then please report back, 1st hand experience beats anecdote every time!
