We used MSG Legal in Alicante when we bought last year. Spanish firm and speak fluent English.
Very smooth process, protected our interests all the way. We even got a small refund at the end due to an overpayment so confirms their honesty, integrity and professionalism.

Hi, we purchased our house in July.
We met our lawyer through A Place In The Sun.
The company is MyLawyerinspain.
Alex Radford is the lawyer we used.

Hi we used Angela pinoso amazing lady thread to needle not cheap but gets things done and picks up on the Smallest of things she is a very busy lady but I will always use her if I need a lawyer.

Hi,
We purchased a property 3 years ago in La Mata. I used a solicitor called Oscar Ricor, BZN LEx International. We agreed a price for doing everything, NIE”s Property searches, Wills and property transfer. There were a few complications with the sale but he stuck with the original price he gave us. We also gave him POA to sign things on our behalf. His English is very good and I have no hesitation in recommending him. Best of luck with your purchase.
