Hi All,

Me and my wife are looking for a viila to buy in Hondon de los Frasiles, we have been told that if it does not have a pool you can put one in then in four years apply for planning. Does anybody know if that is the case?
Many Thanks

Steve

If you do anything without permission it could cost you dearly so be carfull a decent bulider can find out if you are allowed to put the pool in at no charge then they can arrange for all the permissions and architects drawings so they can go on your deeds they will need a copy of the deeds to do this..

Definitely not. Get the planning permission and an architect and get a licence. If you don't do it right it will come back on your. Take a look at our house in Encebras Pinoso first before you buy in the hondon's you might be pleasantly surprised. Agents are Country Fincas. And The Olive Tree Pinoso. Pics attached just in case you are interested. All the best to you
