Can anyone help?

We are in the uk and have been trying to contact the Town hall in Orihuela as we need to get Padron arranged. We have the address and

phone number. We have called a number of times and all we have managed to get is an automated message in Spanish and we don't speak

Spanish - so it is difficult to know what to do next. Any suggestion anyone?

I'm puzzled on a number of points.

You're trying to contact Orihuela town hall but your location on the forum is shown as Hondón de los Frailes.

You don't say that you're resident in Spain, and only residents should sign on the padron.

What would you want to ask the town hall?

If you are in fact resident and in the Orihuela area, then all you need to know is on their website:

http://www.orihuela.es/alcaldia-y-atencion-al-ciudadano/concejalia-de-estadistica/padron-municipal-de-habitantes/

Note that a requirement of signing on the padron is that you produce a residencia certificate.
