Where to find the catastral value of our property

Nope, not on the receipt we have received. It only states the tax🤔 frustrating

Hi Petula and Welcone to the Forum.

If not on your Suma bill then do you have the deeds to your property ( escritura), ? As the details you require should  be on that document.

Thank you. Will have a look but I only recall ever seeing the amount we'd paid not catastral value. 

Good post LuckyLes, just found my castral value on my deeds, it was the last page, it looks as it may have been added on by our legal team, it states the value when the property was built = 1990 and the value when we purchased November 2019, we were also informed that the Suma charge will be automatically taken out of our bank account in September 2020 and that will be our first ever payment. Again a learning post and thank you, stay safe and healthy, Peter.

Hiya Graham, thank you for your reply. Unfortunately we'd made a bad choice with our lawyer when purchasing our property. Unknown to us, was somehow linked to our agent's company. A lot of information has been withheld from us and we are now w trying to pick up the pieces. 😢

Trying to complete nonresident tax return for 2019 having done the return myself for last 15 years. Bank receipt from September 2019 does not show catastral figure although IBI paid was lower than previous year. How can I obtain the correct catastral figure please.

From prevously answered questions on this subject, most replies say it is on your IBI  bill(suma) or call into your nearest SUMA office and ask.
