Hello and happy new year to you all.

We are looking at changing our electric supplier as ibidrola seems expensive and we need more power. We've found a company that uses 100% green energy with cheap prices AND gives more energy through the meters (10-15kw).

Has anyone used or hear of Holaluz? If so, what do you think? Any problems?

Many thanks

Sarah

Out of interest, I looked at their equivalent of the Iberdrola Plan Noche. Their potencia charge is cheaper, but their unit charges are higher.

Using my last Iberdrola bill as an example, but using the Holaluz prices, they would have ended up 8% dearer than Iberdrola.

We must be on the wrong tarrif then as we are paying 15c a unit with Ibidrola and Holaluz is only 10-12c/unit

Thanks Jim, I'll take another look

Scroll down to the bottom of this webpage and click on VER PRECIOS:

https://www.iberdrola.es/hogar/luz/plan-noche

Then get your calculator out!

Note that I only did my calculation on the dual-tariff prices, which I decided years ago would be cheaper for us.

Thanks for your help Jim. I'll have a look when I turn my laptop on.  Bit difficult on my small phone 😊
