This is fast becoming forum police. Give the man a break. Many people are entitled to dual  nationality. I for one can have a British passport and an Irish one and all at the same time. Most fortunate and this person may be the same. 
The person simply asked advice.  We cannot go about the place judging everyone. Honestly, at times I despair. 
Help if you can otherwise butt out. 

Love the sentiment but unless the O/P gives the right information, helpful forum members run the risk of giving him the wrong information. It's a simple question that seems to require a number of posts to squeeze out an answer.

Totally agree.  Yes specific information is needed in order to give a correct answer, but why is the assumption so often that the person asking the question is illegal/immoral/out to con people.

Its just not necessary.  If you cant say something nice....
