Help to set up internet and tv

Hi. We take possession of our villa in Jalon on 18 th March. We are only out for a few days but want to try and sort out as much as possible ready for our next visit early May. Internet is a priority for us. Any recommendations. It needs to be fast and reliable as my husband will need it for work. We have heard that there is one that you can turn on and off as you need it? We aren’t going to be permanent residents. Secondly we want to get UK Tv. I’m not sure if we do this through the internet or satellite. I’m very confused. I don’t really understand it all. Any help / advice gratefully received 😊
