Did you have residency before returning to the UK?

Spanish health care is far better than the UKs. Anyways I wish you good health. Returning to Spain should be easy, what is it you need help with exactly?

If you had full legal residency before your return to the UK it shouldn't be to much of a problem unless you have been away for more than 5 years.

If you didn't have full legal residency before then you might find it very difficult to get healthcare as part of your residency application.

Good question. I have a miniscule UK pension and miniscule amount saved. I need to find a ground floor home which has one suitable bedroom for me, and  2 more bedrooms for needed help. I started an internet property sales website which may or may not produce money after these 2 barren years, and my hope prayer action and plan is to get to Spain again and use the statutory 13 weeks to get stronger and, God willing, meet requirements to stay

To gain residency without having to work will mean a non lucrative visa application.

To gain a non-lucrative visa you will need to prove that you have an income of around €28,000 per annum and have full private healthcare.

Tbh and sorry for being blunt but it doesn't sound good for you, if you have little money and little money coming in
