It depends what your definition of ‘good’ is! It is more of a residential place than ‘tourist’, with a large foreign population surrounding it, so not really nightclubs or tourist entertainment. It’s a nice small town with all the basics. So many properties for sale? Do you mean in the town itself or the surrounding urbanisations? There is always a turnover of property in the surrounding housing areas, people pass away, move on, return to their own countries, I don’t think it’s any more sinister than that. Within the town, many of the properties for sale will have been owned by older people and may need considerable sums of money to bring them up to current standards. If you hope to travel around you will need a vehicle and parking for it can be a problem in the town.
We live the other side of Lliber just down the road, which is very quiet and rural. Lawyers, I know of a couple, Raul Bover in Javea and Linda Townsend in Calpe. Both have details online. Have mt RB once but friends speak highly of him and he speaks English, LT is a family friend, English, trained in Spain.
