He is white and ginger, long haired cat.

The above post is so right, we walked down towards the Tango beach passed the yacht club to where the far marina wall starts, there are loads of cats there and they don’t look feral at all, infact we saw a beautiful one fitting your description!! Hope yours is home now but if not you must walk right to the end to the sea as well as look near the fishermans carpark as they live/hang out along the whole stretch. Best regards.
