I have just moved in to Javea town and I think the house has fiber. Can you recommend a provider for internet / WiFi with UK Tv. I have had very mixed reviews about Blue

You say you think you have fiber in your area, who with? Some areas are "open", so you can choose your provider , some areas are only supplied by one company.
Movistar Fiber is considered the best for reliability (since they own and operate the main network), but depends if they supply to your area.
Blu is a local internet company, and yes, mixed reviews, but this is mainly for their adsl / wireless (wifi) service. Same goes for swiss cable, mixed reviews.
Probably best to keep internet and TV separate. If you just want the main uk tv channels, then a dish and freesat system would be the way to go. I fyou want more, then an iptv service...of which tere are a few providers in Javea.
