Almost new as used only once, this ABLS (USA) made hand winch is in perfect condition and was used once to tilt-over a radio tower. It is Model No. BHW 12100. It is emminently suitable for vehicle/boat recovery. I have steel cables which are f.o.c. with the winch. Item is located in Javea but I would arrange delivery at extra cost iof required.
