The guidance on funerals is devolved so the below information applies to England only. I've not looked at Wales/Scotland/NI:

Mourners coming from outside England

If you have travelled to England within the last 10 days from any country that is not exempt from the requirement to self-isolate, you are required to self-isolate for the first 10 days after you arrive. However, you can leave your place of self-isolation in limited circumstances, including on compassionate grounds. This includes attending a funeral of a household member, a close family member or a friend (if neither household member or close family member can attend the funeral).

You will still be required to abide by the national restrictions at all other times.

Have you got TIE's?

There are reports of travellers from UK back to Spain either being denied boarding or arriving in Spain but being bounced straight back unless they have a TIE, green residencia papers or cards being refused.

This has been rectified, they now accept the green residencia papers.

The TIE is a biometric card that contains the identity details of a foreigner who lives in Spain. For many years this has been the identity card for residents from outside the EU and the EEA.

Hope this helps.
