Bilbao to Oliva

Hiya,
coming over on the Portsmouth to Bilbao ferry mid March for 3 months on a 'try before we move' trip.
Can anyone recommend two things,
1) best route driving from Bilbao to Oliva, easiest way preferred don't mind toll roads, no busy cities to drive through would be ideal.
2) a hotel/apartment about mid way to stay the night , must have secure parking as i will have the car full of my stuff for three months.
