Ascars vs. Claus indoor parking at ALC

Hello everyone!
I'm looking into leaving a car at ALC airport long term to take some of the stress out of taking a taxi each time. I will be buying another car in Spain anyway, so the wife and I have decided to always have it ready at the airport.
So that the poor car doesn't just get baked in the sun and buried in dust, I am ONLY considering indoor parking (not just covered) and the two best looking options are Ascars and Claus Parking. Both of these have indoor parks with alarms, insurance, surveillance cameras and both have been in business for years.
Has anyone used one or both, and can speak to a preference? Thanks in advance.
