Buying a property legal services

Try to find company with branch in your home country and in Spain as well. Never ever use legal services adviced by estate agent. They usually get money out of you and the owner doesn't even know, how much the property sold for. It is unfortunately very common practice. And also you may finish with illegal property with debt attached to it. They may rush you, that there are other people waiting to buy property you really like and that you must pay deposit . Experienced kind of this team estate agent+ lawyer in Playa Flamenca. I was lucky, didn't listen to them. There are people still looking for them, as they changing their location.
