Air vents

I have condensation in my villa in winter
Would air vents help

To my knowledge ventilation would help, but it’s really defeating the subject by letting cold air in and warm air out, so you may as well leave a window open! But all heating especially gas heating will cause condensation especially if walls roofs and floors have no insulation, you’re probably better in buying a good/large dehumidifier and will notice the difference, but it will be at a cost re electricity usage, but a dehumidifier will do the job and even make rooms/property feel warmer, as for air vents you can buy the ones that have closures, if you do decide to go for them I feel the lowest point would work better for cold/fresh air to enter the property as warm air will rise.
