would anyone be able to give me a rough price per square metre for exterior paining?
House is 192sqm

That's whay happened to me: got an estrimate which I accepted. When about 40% of the work was done, the painter asked at a weekend for half of the agreed price for buying paint as he said. After having taken the money he wanted to renegotiate asking for 30% more on top of what was agreed and I suggested to discuss details the following Monday. He never came back.
