What is the best internet provider ( without the use of satellite ) in the area of Cap Marti?

Telefonica/Movistar and Vodafone are the top dogs. All others are resellers with an uncertain future as they sooner or later cannot meet the demand. My advice: buy a SIM-card modem (Huawei 4G -/+ 60,-) and a SIM card from DIGO mobil for 20,- including 10,- credit, pay 7,-/mo. for phone and data and top up if needed.

I've been using Movistar for my Internet and phone service for 9 years and have had good service without any problems.
Perhaps you should sign up with a different provider!!
