Wondering if you can help. We have recently arrived in Javea and are looking for recommendations for a good GP locally. I also need to find a good Rheumatologist. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

Have you transferred your healthcare here by means of S1?
If so, then it doesn't really matter which medical centre you register with, as a GP would just refer you to a specialities centre.
If you're not entitled to an S1, then you need to check your mandatory private health insurance.
Very few doctors, even if they speak some English, are reluctant to do so, because of the risk or misunderstandings. The onus is on the patient to take a translator with them.
