Hi was wondering how easy it is to find work in the building industry for English speaking builder?

Very very difficult I'm afraid. There are some UK owned building and maintenance companies in the area but getting into them is rare I believe.
Spanish builders hire Spanish first. Without speaking the language you would struggle.
My advice would be that Spain is not a cheap country to have no income in. You need to be financially secure (up to a point) before relocating.
Sorry if this sounds negative but I'm trying to be honest and realistic.
