Hi there, I’m new to the page and am just wanting to put some feelers out. Currently at early stages of planning the start of a new life in the sun. Work is of importance and I am looking to get in touch with local event organisers who may have any vacancies or job openings coming up. Any signposting or guidance would be very much appreciated. My Spanish very much needs worked on so any suggestions would have to be English spoken for now. Thanks in advance 🙂

Thank you for your reply but it seems you have miss read my post. I’m not looking to start a business, I’m looking to join as an employee so going down the self employed route and documentation needed to do so isn’t necessary. What i need is someone who will give me a working contract.

My lack of understanding of Spanish doesn’t exempt me from working, it simply makes my quest more challenging. However, where there is a living will, there is a working way. Given there is a huge British settlement in Jávea, I’m confident, given the right guidance, I will find my place 😊 I have a friend there already who was in my situation when she started off and now has opened and is running a successful hair salon.

We can only be held back by our own limitations. When the goal seems out of reach, do not change the goal, simply adjust the route you take.
