Hello I am currently helping friends doing the maintenance on there B&B in Javea, I am a qualified electrician but I am competent in plumbing joinery painting tiling and plastering and I am available for any maintenance requirements you may need doing. I have done a number of jobs for other people around the area and can give a description and references of the work I have carried out should you need them.

Assume that you are aware that you should be registered as autonomo/self-employed if you are actually currently working and advertising for work? Both you and your clients can be heavily fined if you are found to be working ‘illegally’, which is technically the situation if you haven’t registered.

I am sorry, I apologise, offending you was not my intention, i phrased it really badly. Although to be fair, one can’treally ‘xnoop’ on a public forum!!!!

All i meant was that there are many people trying to start out on this forum, many of whom don’t know the Spanish requirements’ . I wrote too quickly and di not make myself clear, and was thoughtless.

Good Luck

S
