Where would be the best and most affordable place to rent for a family nearby Escuela Waldorf El Montgó?

Soon to move my family to Javea for a few years and considering sending my kinds to Escuela Waldorf El Montgó. I'm new to the areas around there and am in need fo some direction in my property search. Is any familiar with the most convenient and affordable neighbourhoods around there for families? I'd like to rent under 1200 Euro ideally. I am considering a 6 month Winter let to begin with to get my bearing first but just need to know the areas to focus on. Any advice, much appreciated!
