Hi looking to rent on a long therm basis in xabia

Hi myself and my dog max will be looking for a place in Xabia to rent long term the place I would like to rent would need to be very close to the beach and have sea views as this is important to me as I would be there for a year I would like some help in what areas should I be looking at and also I only speak English and would like to meet some nice people to chat to prior to coming out there I will be looking for part time work as well
