I need to find my car that was wrongly seized in sept 2019 at design cars havea my car was in having its hood repaired ..can’t find it don’t know where it is don’t speak Spanish a lawyer now doesn’t want to act for me ? Please what do I do I’ve just appealed to the mayor of havea

Unfortunately if cars/motorbikes aren't claimed within a certain amount of time, they are scrapped and/or crushed. Could you explain the lawyer won't act for you please?

Yes Oscar de anton of havea was the lawyer we paid 2000 euros to ..for doing nothing !

Seized by the police? Or stolen by the garage where it was being repaired?
Also what didn't Oscar Anton do? I know Anton Abogados and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't take 2000 euros for doing nothing.

Siezed wrongly by the police ..I just want Oscar to at least locate the car !! But he hasn’t even done that ..September 2019 when it occurre
Yes Oscar de anton of havea was the lawyer we paid 2000 euros to ..for doing nothing ! He had a visit from the boss Juan Andre’s…but we also want to know what he has act done for the 2000 euros he’s been paid
We are still paying insurance 900 euros a year on the car havea police hang up every time I call them as I don’t speak English!

900euros a year for insurance? That's far too much. What you insurance for a car thats missing for?

As we were hopeful it would be returned to us and as the insurance people said we needed to keep the insurance on it as it will probably need 2 new batteries plus it could have been scratched etc etc

What has the lawyer said to you?

Design cars was closed down the biggest haul synchronised across europe
If there is nothing more you can add to this article and my questions, my only advice is to take any and all paperwork you might have to the National Police.
