Can anybody advise as to how I can make payment of my Non Resident, IBI and Rubbish tax

I’m a non resident of Javea and I brought my property a couple of years ago and these are the taxes as yet that I have not arrange for direct debit.

Due to the COVID 19 I am unable to visit Javea as flight keeps getting cancelled, some advise would be grateful as concerned I will be penalised with interest payment.

Hi Tanya

We have the same problem. You can only pay on line if you have the actual bill as you need the reference number. If you contact suma direct they can’t help without this info and as you say you then get late payment fees.

We have ended up speaking to Angar Taxation services, they are going to visit the suma office on our behalf and set up the direct debits. It’s costing 60 euros plus tax but as we don’t know when we will next be able to visit our apartment it seemed the best option.
