Javea rentals

Hi Jan hope you are well.. We are two sisters of a mature age from cold Yorkshire.. We are looking at renting in Javea from Dec - Jan 2018 , Could you recommend anything, we both have health problems with Arthritis so would need heating .. Have been looking but thought maybe you could help.. What is the expected temperatures in December please
