The only mercería with a listing in yellow pages is INTIMS:

The only two I have found are in Pedreguer. The first being already mentioned and the second is Cominex (I may have the spelling incorrect). It is on an industrial estate in Pedreguer. However, I have not found dress patterns and to have them delivered to Spain is expensive for postage. Maybe if you want to order them online from the UK others might be willing to put in orders also and postage could be shared.
When I get back in September, there are a few of us who are planning to start a sewing group in Javea.
There is a shop in the old town, which sells cottons for quilting, wool and other associated craft goods if that helps.
