Hi
If you look online for Hertz 24/7 and register you can hire a van by the hour. Vans are available at Ikea and also Leroy Merlin stores. I was able to hire a van from outside Leroy Merlin at LA zenia to go to ikea. They text you a number for to gain entry to the van which will be parked in the car park. Inside van will be the key for ignition. I hired in Oct for 5 hours it cost 90 UK pounds Inc all fuel and insurance charges. Hope this helps.
