Hi everyone
My partner and I are looking to move to Jesus Poble in a few months (hopefully) and are looking for a long term rental property, preferably unfurnished.
If anyone can help I would be grateful. We wouldn’t mind too much if it was slightly further away.

Hello Sue, I have a one bedroom apartment at Los Lagos, about 1.2km from Jesus Pobre on the La Xara - Javea road, which could be available for long term let in late September or early October. It's furnished and equipped though and to be honest that's not negotiable. The urbanisation is just 76 apartments in beautiful gardens and views of the Montgo mountain. Its first floor (19 steps) and a car is essential. If it might be of interest let me know and I'll send you an internet link so you can look at it.

Thank you so much for your reply. I would like to look at the apartment please because if it’s somewhere we can put down some roots then the furniture aspect wouldn’t be a problem.

In the property search bar enter the number 6846492. That should bring the listing up.
I've been renting to holiday lets (with the required licence) was considering selling the property but might retain it for a long let. How long are you looking for?
