So for us after thinking we wanted something we didn't really want we have finally bought on La Finca. It's weird as we have been on this journey for a couple of years facing unexpected challenges but now it's done.

The odd thing is we are still in our rental and move into our new home later this week.

There are things we still need to do to sort out our residency before the end of the year but we've mapped the ground out and think we know what we need to do not least as we've read Jim's guides. Hopefully the advisers we've engaged with will be as diligent.

Here's to the foreseeable!
