We have been offered fibra optica by 'Airsat', 100mbs 20 euros a month, 99 euros installation, any customers with views on this company ?

You may wish to check out their FB page. Some good reports, and others. Guarantee of bandwidth needs to be verified. 100meg at that price would be rather nice anywhere. Fibre usually trumps copper and sat.
