Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. I have bought a house in La Florida , due to Covid I'm unable to travel as yet :( anyhoo I'm a smoker not heavy but I enjoy a ciggie with a beer and read so many conflicting instructions, I will of course adhere to the rules wherever needed but I just need a bit of clarity. Can any of you clever people help ? Thanks in advance.

This is what I understand.....you can't smoke inside or on the terrace. You have to go onto the street and make sure you adhere to the social distancing rules.

There seems to be a grey area about smoking, I have just been to a Torrevieja bar I often use and having about 8 outside tables every other table people were smoking, other bars each side were the same, so I suggest that you find a bar that you see others smoking, ps I was out early the other morning and a bar very close to me caters for a group of Local police and they were even smoking, Some establishments are different to others, but each to their own, Good luck, stay safe and healthy my friend.

Hi, yes, just been to my local bar and smoking has never been a problem, just use your own discretion and you should be ok and enjoy your cigarette and drink.
