Drive uk to spain
Hi all, my daughter is about to set off on sunday driving down to spain from Calais, she is having some trouble with the forms to be completed on line. Has anyone just done this and can give guidance. Any help appreciated ?

I thought you only had to fill out a form about 48 hours before your return to the UK

I drove from the UK to Spain on Tiuesday. No forms were required

Isn’t there a need to complete a form to hand in at border control, something similar to what has to be done when arriving by air? Can’t remember the name of the form, it includes details of your forward address, phone number etc, basically in case of anybody on your flight getting COVID, then all other passengers can be contacted and tested?
I would think something similar would be needed after travelling by ferry, but don’t quote me...!!

Don't think so there are a lot of places where you can cross the border and there are no border posts that used to check your papers at most of them.
If it is a real serious situation then the Guardia Civil will put in road blocks but do ot thing they are there, maybe someone will confiem.
