Does anyone know Spains position with regard the ongoing situation with regards to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Thanks
["The Government of Spain strongly condemns the military invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation. It is a completely unjustified aggression, of unprecedented gravity, and a flagrant violation of international law that puts global security and stability at risk".]

Like most other countries, they will be imposing sanctions and if Russia threatened a NATO alliance country then Spain will send support involving troops and hardware.

After Franco passed away, Spain plays a rather second fiddle on the international political gameboard with a total lack of capbilities to solve it's own problems. Abandoning 1975 the inhabitants of the former Sahara territory (who had to get refuge in Algeria (Tinduf) is probably the most shameful and unsolved matter. The future of Ceuta an Melilla is also uncertain. Gibraltar is too sensitive as to be discussed here, but also unsolved. With regard to Ucrania Spain has to stay within what the EU decides.
I think the Russian people need to realise that their leader and his gang of thieves are leading the country to disaster.Russian people deserve better.

Thanks everyone for your replies, I suspected as much but was not sure if they were going to take a neutral stance. Glad to learn otherwise.
