Too many variables to say. It depends so much on the size of the pool; how long you run the circulation; whether you look after it properly or need to sometimes correct problems; how often repair, replacement, regrouting etc is needed; and so on.

Off the top of my head, I'd say that for our small unheated pool it probably averages out at about €150- 200, plus my time.

Per annum. If it was per month I'd have filled it in a long time ago!

Hi,

Like Jim said it all depends on many factors .

Personally we pay 80 euros a month for the pool man who cleans ,Hoover’s and uses his own products/ chemicals to look after our 12mt x 5mt pool, add that to probably 200/300 euros over the year for electric and water costs to top up in the summer months especially then I guess realistically you would be paying out circ 1200/1500 euro!

I know everyone will have a different story and this is my genuine one!

I did look into heating the pool to extend the 5/6 months we use it at the moment but the installation/purchase and running costs for such a small gain were not worth it!

Hope that helps? Good luck

Regards BB
