Hi Ive just joined. My self and hubby Rob have just bought a property in La Florida, just waiting to complete. Looking for any advice especially cleaning/laudry services.

Hi welcome to to little England everything you want is at hand make sure you check everyone out that offers help etc not everyone is 100%. But you are in a great place been here 15 years and love it.

Hi we have just bought in La florida we completed in March and we are back in Sep for a month. Its a great place ideal location.

Hi Lynn,

When we bought late last year.... completed early this year it took about 10 weeks but that was only because we prolonged it as much as we could due to a trip to New Zealand booked in January to visit our son.

Everything went smoothly and the solicitor we used was very efficient (Sun Lawyers)
