In La Florida we have a brilliant 'ferreteria' with english spoken, pop in there and they should assist.
Don Aluminio Building & Reformation had an electrician who was English sort out a boliten for our upgrade he also speaks fluent Spanish and is fully qualified/registered he checked out electrics and within a week had all documentation back for upgrade. But as RayD says be careful lots of cowboys about!
