I have just returned to my apt in La Florida after being away for a year. Both kitchen and bathroom taps are not running well. Even when on full only small amount of water comes out. Bath, toilet, washing machine and outdoor taps all fine. Does anyone have the same issue, know how to fix it or recommend a plumber. Thanks.

Hi

I don't have an answer, but is it the hot or cold taps that are bad, or both?

Cheers

Steve

Both they are mixer taps but doesn't matter if on hot or cold.

If they have their own isolation valves, under the sink/basin, you might be able to open them up a bit more, or close and reopen them. You never know, it might work.

Cheers

Could be something as simple as cal build up in the little filter at the end of your tap, which is easily unscrewed and rinsed out.. Good luck
