I need someone who can translate who has knowledge of the town hall. My daughter has an NIE number but we were unable to pick up the certificate as we were in England and now need help on retrieving it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi,

You may not need a translator as you know what you need. Why not just go along to the town hall with a transcript of what you need and any paperwork you have? - You can get a translation on Google translate to help say what you are there for. I've been in a number of town halls and asked if they speak English (in Spanish) first and generally they can speak a little English  Assuming you have some paperwork to do with the NIE and can show them that and as you are only collecting it, it may be OK.

Don't forget all the ID you need.
