I have problems getting registered online for hidraqua. I.ve no details as i registered with them 2005 and have no up to date info. I tried calling them no one speaks english. When i did call they hung up on me, how rude. I live in the UK and have never been emailed a bill so cannot pay my bills by phone or online. Can anyone advise please. Thank you

As Castleman states, English version online. If my memory serves me, you need your account number; possibly NIE number as well.🤪🥂

Thank you, the only problem the information i enter they say is incorrect so i need to speak to somone either email or phone but when i phoned the person hung up on me. Didnt see an email on their website.

Oh sorry about that. I’m having some difficulties with CEPSA so the best of luck with speaking to them at the moment. They do have a Twitter account -
