Sky go to tv

i use ps3 and also used a xbox 360/xbox one before .The advantage of the ps3 is you dont need to pay for any additional service ie xbox live.

you can get a pre owed ps3 from Game in la zenia for £40

advatage of using a game console its fast relaible and you get the full sky go service 

First thing i would ask is can you get Sky Go from an Ipad onto a TV,m as I know on many mobile devices this is not possible...which may be why although you have a ipad HDMI lead, it is still not working

Also, you will need a DNS / VPN to hide your Spanish IP internet address to make SkyGO work outside the UK - although under EU Rules you can use it for 30 days without a DNS VPN, but after 30 days the device will need to be reconnected to a UK IP address for it to continue to work.

Hi Richard, can you please tell me how to set up the PS3 system, we are in Playa Flamenca so can go to the Boulevard and get a s/h PS3. We have sky at home in Ireland. Thanks Zdenek 

sky go will work in spain for up to 30 days on a ps3 if you have a account in uk

if you want to use for more than 30 days in spain you need to use a vpn or get somebody to watch sky go on you account in the uk 

i took over a ps3 from the uk but also noticed  they where selling them for 40 euros in game in la zenia

you just down load the app on the ps3 and sign in like you in the at home you can also down load on a ps3 other apps like amazon and net flix

you can also get ps3 tv remote if you dont want to use controller

you only need to pay for sky go extra if want more than 2 devices on your account 

i am coming over to spain on Saturday which is over 30 days since last using my ps3 but have been on my sky go in uk 

i will post on forum if i have any problem getting on sky go

Would be very interested to hear if it is working or not, as i was lead to believe, and have tested, that the checks are done at "device" level and not "account" level. Otherwise the blocks are not worth it....you just get someone to sign into your Go account in the UK all the time...
