Hi i am looking to purchase a tv and just want uk channel's on, no internet. I havent a clue who to contact. i will need a dish, if anyone could recomend that would be great.

I used the following. One-off fee for satellite dish and receiver, the guys did an excellent job, and I get all the UK freesat channels, plus hundreds more:

Hi Jim, can you give a rough idea of channels you get? Sports, film etc

I can't remember, as I originally set up a favourites list and just stick to that. I'm not a telly person, and don't watch sport or films, but this might help you:

Hi are you resident or have a holiday home? We brought a spare sky box out and use our sky card from U.K. can get all channels but not on demand, it works fine for holidays.

Thanks. We are permanent residents. Have had a GI box , that works fine but no way to add channels to it.
