If you're driving, as you come out of the airport, follow the signs for Santa Pola out onto the N338 and right onto the N332, and stay on N332 until you see signs for La Marina, then a bit further along the N332, signs for "Urbanizaciónes"

If you need public transport, you can catch a bus into Alicante Bus Station and change to one heading for Guardamar/Torrevieja/Cartagena. This will drop you off in La Marina village, or along by Lidl supermarket by the N332. If your holiday home is in the village, then no problem, but if you're on the urbanisation, either of the drop-offs are quite a distance away.

Realistically, most people find that a taxi is the best bet. There are plenty of (legal) taxis at the airport, and they have a schedule of rates per kilometre, so if by any chance you're not happy with what they charge you, ask them how many kilometres and at what rate. About 40 Euros seems to be the norm during the day.

Geoff.

Hello, Im just wondering if getting a bus to Santa Pola from Alicante Airport and then a bus from Santa Pola to La Marina would be an option rather than going into Alicante Bus station and back out to La Marina again.  Does this make sense. Thank you
