The biggest problem is the current exchange rate also, property has risen by 22% since early in the year,i changed a few Grand into euros at 1,41 in London, now 1,09.

that as blown our idea of selling up and buying in Spain for the time being

It's very easy to find reasons not to do it, but after years of indecision we finally woke up to the fact that we're not going to be around forever and if we don't do it now perhaps we won't get the chance again. Yes, Brexit is a worry and the exchange rate is my biggest concern. Prices are rising too. Weighing everything up we decided it's now or perhaps never so we've jumped in! Life is never perfect or certain, but proactively going after your dream, if that's what it is, is the best way to live your life in my opinion. Good luck.
