Does anyone know if there are any Bonfire Night celebrations on or around 5th November near La Marina?

Don't think the Spanish would celebrate a thwarted Roman Catholic plot backed by the Spanish court to destroy the English parliament, that ended up with the protagonists being executed and other Catholics persecuted. Having said that there was a rather disappointing effort last year in Consum square on the Urb.

Why would there be?   It is not a Spanish celebration.
